Hyper Pigmentation Toner

A gentle and mild, alcohol-free toner is a secondary cleanser that ensures that all traces of oil and impurities are properly removed, mattifying the skin and leaving it feeling refreshed. Infused with Witch Hazel, it provides anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant properties, while Niacinamide, Glutathione, and natural Vitamin C lighten dark marks and even out skin tone over time. Helps to inhibit the production of melanin via tyrosinase suppression and reduces the appearance of dark marks.

Directions:

After cleansing, spray directly onto skin or spray onto a damp cotton-wool pad and wipe all over the face and neck. Use twice daily.

All skin types - best for balancing oily, problem, and combination skin.
