By making a purchase on our site you agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Customer service is of utmost importance to us and we will always keep updated via emails. We are unable to exchange, refund or credit an order. Once an order is placed and processed through the system it cannot be cancelled and refunded due to a change in mind, as bank fees are due and the order is packed and processed and emails are sent etc this all takes time and costs money. All orders are final.

All our products are packed in bubble wrap and as best as possible to prevent spillage/damage. If you product is damaged in transit or spilt etc please email us with the order number and we will either resend the item or if we don't have stock we will do a refund for that item. 

Unfortunately we can only accept goods for return that are still in their original unopened packaging. You will have to pay to have the item couriered or posted back to us, but as soon as we receive it, we will issue you a credit note. Our policy is to deduct a 10% handling fee from the original price.

Normally local Cape Town parcels are delivered within 2-3 days of payment. We can also arrange COD deliverys in Cape Town where the cash is paid to the courier upon delivery.

Regional customers take 2-3 days depending on your area. Excluding weekends. However we make all our products in small batches to ensure freshness and during busy periods, if we are out of stock it could take 5-7 days for stock to arrive, please let us know if its urgent and we can notify you.
