Description

This gentle retinyl palmitate serum, the mildest form of retinol, is ideal for starting your retinol regimen. Vitamin A is crucial at a cellular level, supporting healthier and more youthful skin cell function.

Once absorbed, retinyl palmitate converts to retinoic acid, which promotes skin cell turnover, improves skin tone, helps unclog pores, thickens the dermis to slow wrinkle formation, and stimulates collagen production. Squalane helps counteract dryness and flakiness.

Suitable for dry, normal, combination, mature, and oily skin types.
Do not use if pregnant.

INGREDIENT TYPE: Exfoliator

MAIN BENEFITS: Promotes skin cell turnover, improves skin tone, helps unclog pores, helps thicken the dermis to slow down the formation of wrinkles

WHO SHOULD USE IT: Because retinyl palmitate is the least irritating of retinoids, it's a great option for almost all skin types and anyone who want to keep their pores clear and skin youthful.

HOW OFTEN CAN YOU USE IT: While it’s important to ease into things in order to let your skin gradually acclimate to the ingredient, it can ultimately be used daily.

WORKS WELL WITH: Retinoids have a synergistic effect with antioxidants such as vitamins C, E, and ferulic acid. Pairing any retinoid with a sunscreen is also important, since they can make your skin more susceptible to the sun.

DON'T USE WITH: Since retinyl palmitate has exfoliating properties, avoid combining it with other chemical exfoliants, such as glycolic or salicylic acid, as well as harsh scrubs with abrasive ingredients, especially if you have super sensitive skin. It can also cause some dryness, so it's a good idea to pass on toners and astringents, too.

Lead time

All our products are made fresh to order, similar to a bakery. Due to the extensive requirement of ingredients sourced globally from multiple suppliers, the entire process of sourcing, shipping, ordering and manufacturing can take anywhere between 3-6 weeks. Please place your orders well in advance, as we have a busy production schedule.
Note that if special arrangement has been made for us to assist with labeling, lead time could increase to 8-9 weeks.
